5 things to help create balance while oil holding

#1 Be intentionally grateful to the plants and vitamins providing you wellness while you gently hold it under your tongue.

#2 Pick a random contact in your phone and send them an encouraging word, gif or emoji. You never know how it might start someone's day or be the perfect ending to an otherwise stressful day.

#3 Journaling has shown to help you clarify your thoughts and feelings. A 1-2 minute journaling sesh can set the morning or evening on the right path.

#4 Delete an unwanted or unused app on your phone. Declutter the items that takes most of our attention.

#5 Do Nothing. Breathe, offer yourself a minute or two to just be. Nothing more, nothing less.
